Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our educational team as a Curriculum Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement curricula that foster the holistic development of young children.

This is a permanent full-time position available in October 2025. As part of our exceptional team, you will collaborate with educators to create enriching learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of children from 6 weeks to five years old.

The service features a new purpose-built facility with state-of-the-art resources and stunning outdoor play areas. You will be supported by a dedicated Service Manager and Administrator who will guide you throughout your career.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to:

  • Role model and coach educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Mentor and engage in critical reflection with colleagues
  • Craft curriculums that meet the unique needs of each child
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor in ECEC
  • Experience in leading teams and implementing educational programs
  • Ability to support and guide colleagues
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
