About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Engagement Manager to lead our consulting workstreams, shape compelling analyses, and develop persuasive written reports.

This role involves working closely with executive teams and boards, leading small and mid-sized engagements, identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings.

To succeed in this position, you will need approximately 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading management consulting firm, an MBA or other relevant Master's degree, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, listening, and influencing skills to build relationships and gain confidence quickly, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading consulting workstreams and managing all aspects of client engagements
  2. Structuring and presenting analyses to drive strategic outcomes
  3. Facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes
  4. Developing new ideas for clients and the practice
