Project Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our strategy, manage partnerships, oversee procurement and contracts, and provide trusted client advice.
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join a consultancy group known for delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead design development, tender preparation, contract negotiation, and construction phase oversight.
- Contract & Procurement Oversight: Administer contracts and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Project Administration: Maintain quality documentation and reporting across all stages.
- Team & Client Collaboration: Liaise between internal teams, external consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Superintendence: Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and design integrity are met.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar field.
- 5–7+ years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in health and/or laboratory-PC2, PC3, education projects.
- Background in architecture, engineering, or quantity surveying highly regarded.
- Skilled in tendering, procurement, contract admin, and early-stage delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Confident leading project teams and working with minimal supervision.
