About this role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead mid-sized consulting projects with senior team support.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading firm and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with executive teams and boards, identifying sources, gathering data, interpreting findings, and presenting insights.

  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Facilitate workshops to drive client outcomes
  • Pursue new ideas for clients and the practice

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading firm
  • Ideally, an MBA or relevant Master's degree with exceptional academic achievements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure and execute analyses efficiently
  • Effective communication of complex ideas
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
