Senior Associate, Senior Manager - Deals Strategy

We're looking for experienced strategy consultants to join our Deals Strategy team in Sydney or Melbourne.

  • Be part of a team trusted by CEOs, boards, and investors for over 30 years.
  • Work with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle—from diligence and value creation to strategic transformation.
  • Lead small, agile teams to deliver high-impact insights and solutions that drive real results.

This is a hybrid role based in either Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams, bringing expertise to guide engagements.
  • Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Skills And Attributes For Success:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record.
  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for continuous growth and professional development.
