About the Role

We are seeking a senior transport leader to oversee our national operations and drive business growth. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this is a key leadership role that will shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive network transport strategy to unlock growth with existing and new customers.
  2. Lead, mentor, and empower a national team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  3. Drive customer engagement, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all aspects of our business.
  4. Deliver financial performance in line with budgets and create measurable, sustainable outcomes.
About You

You are an accomplished transport professional with deep operational expertise and proven success leading large teams. You thrive on complexity, build high-performing cultures, and bring commercial acumen alongside the energy and drive to shape a growing function.

  • Senior leadership experience within transport or logistics.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, people, customers, contracts, and financials.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • A track record of driving optimisation and embedding technology to deliver results.
