Skill Development

As a key figure in creating educational programs, the Medical Education Manager plays a vital part in meeting the needs of practicing surgeons, nurses, residents, fellows, and other related healthcare professionals across ANZ for SPM & ENT.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic direction and operational roadmap for Medical Education, including content development and course delivery excellence within ANZ
  • Engage and communicate with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to implement and deliver high-quality educational events that drive adoption in key focus areas of business units
  • Prepare and control budgets for local delivery of medical education training activities ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all programs meet local and global regulatory requirements
  • Oversee faculty contracts through approved systems
  • Establish program agendas and develop course content, learning objectives, attendee profiles, and others
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in medical education or marketing management in the medical devices industry
  • Strong business acumen and orientation with expertise in SPM and ENT
