About The Role

This clinical position involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for care staff and Enrolled Nurses. You will lead clinical assessments, implement evidence-based interventions, and ensure all care practices meet regulatory standards and deliver positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.

  • Lead and support care staff with clinical expertise and mentorship
  • Manage staff performance, rosters, and professional development
  • Deliver resident-focused care that respects individual values and beliefs
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, personalised care plans
  • Oversee medical interventions and specialised nursing needs
  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all care activities
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external health providers
  • Identify and report risks to Facility Management
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Standards and organisational policies
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor infection control procedures
  • Manage compliments, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Contribute to oversight and a safe workplace culture
