Job Summary:
This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, client-focused care to residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective patient-centered care.
About the Opportunity:
This Grade 5 position is a nurse in charge role, covering leave until a suitable replacement can be found. The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality care to residents, their family, and carers, using a holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor residents' physical and mental state.
- Provide high-quality patient-centred care that prioritizes safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- A current Police Record Check and NDIS check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
You'll Bring:
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
