Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled automation engineer to design and deploy intelligent and scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.

This key technical role will drive digital transformation in the banking sector by delivering automated workflows that integrate systems across Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.

  • Configure and Deploy Automation Solutions: Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to develop enterprise-grade automation solutions for clients in the banking sector.
  • Design and Implement Automated Workflows: Leverage Power Automate to create automated workflows that integrate with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Integrate AI Builder and Cognitive Services: Apply AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI capabilities to create intelligent and data-driven workflows.
  • Ensure Compliance and Governance: Ensure all automation solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards, particularly in the banking domain.
  • Perform Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting: Optimize automation solutions to maintain operational efficiency and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions within an agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to automate business processes and integrate systems.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Generative AI within the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance practices in enterprise solutions, especially in regulated industries like banking.
  • Experience working in agile teams, delivering solutions within sprints and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure would be advantageous.
