The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Ambassador. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work across Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm.

  • Greets donors and thanks them for their donation
  • Handles all donations with care and respect
  • Educates donors and customers on the importance of reuse and recycling
  • Embodies the values of our organization and promotes our mission
  • Works collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets and achieve organizational goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the environment and community
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional experiences for donors and customers
