Your Role:
As a key member of the leadership team, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that drive performance, reduce risk, and embed sustainability across the entire value chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with frameworks to manage safety risks and sustainability impacts.
- Influence senior leaders to take ownership of safety and sustainability outcomes.
- Guide a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and capability development.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership programs, training, and engagement.
