Sustainability Leader

The position of Sustainability Leader is focused on enhancing the human rights protection framework and managing modern slavery risk within our operations and supply chain. This role involves leading a comprehensive review of procurement processes and policies to promote human rights and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic advice for human rights protection and management of modern slavery risk across the organization's operations and supply chain
  • Strengthen and support the development and delivery of the social impact strategy and community programs
  • Map supplier RFP, selection, onboarding, and ongoing management processes to identify opportunities for human rights-related risk analysis and due diligence
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing modern slavery training and make recommendations for improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to develop a proposed framework, processes, and documents required to uplift human rights due diligence and risk management
  • Identify high-risk suppliers and develop a priority list of suppliers to engage with
  • Lead the preparation of the annual Modern Slavery Statement, including drafting case studies and obtaining relevant data from internal stakeholders
  • Develop and implement global social impact strategies and lead community investment initiatives
  • Improve accessibility and inclusion, both internally and for clients and products
  • Track, measure, and promote the organization's social impact
