Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Development Manager to support our product strategy on its next phase of growth. This role will be responsible for developing the operational cadence and product strategy that supports our broader team to achieve its growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, coordinate, and continuously evolve product operating cadences, including annual planning, half-yearly planning, monthly product reviews, and weekly team check-ins.
  • Bring structure and impact to how we plan, execute, and measure product initiatives across a complex, multi-squad environment.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to iterate on product marketing collateral as well as other GTM artifacts and activities such as product innovation days.
  • Highlight improvement opportunities to common artefacts such as PRDs, roadmaps and other key documents across the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product operations, product management, product marketing and/or product design within a financial services or technology company.
  • Experience designing and executing complex operating rhythms at scale.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills; you're comfortable working with everyone from senior leadership to squad-level contributors.
