Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic product development, leveraging their expertise in technology innovation and team management. Based in Sydney, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's product offerings and contribute to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for product development, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage and expand a team to drive project delivery and ensure technical specifications are met.
  • Maintain processes for reporting, documentation, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or data centre design and operations.
  • Experience in energy generation, distribution, and storage is an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers and vendors.
