Job Opportunity: Product Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join our team and shape the future of Trade Finance.

This role sits at the heart of our Trade Finance product, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to drive growth, adoption, and performance. You will work closely with design, credit, operations, and go-to-market teams to evolve the roadmap for our core product.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, or B2B payments. A proven track record of delivering customer-centric, commercially successful products is essential.

  • Drive product growth and adoption with a clear focus on customer and business value.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that optimise pricing, operations, and unit economics.
  • Collaborate with our credit team to improve policy and risk processes that support product expansion.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating legal, technical, and training materials to reflect product changes. Additionally, you will identify new customer segments and use cases to expand product access.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. They will be comfortable working with credit policy, risk frameworks, and compliance in a regulated environment.
