Director of Service Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Director of Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators, developing and implementing programs that deliver enriching experiences for primary-aged children, and building strong relationships with schools and the wider community.

  • This role involves managing and rostering a team of passionate educators who deliver high-quality services to children in out-of-school-hours care settings.
  • You will develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of primary-aged children, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain effective relationships with schools, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • As a natural leader, you will manage compliance and medical documentation, ensuring the highest standards of child safety and well-being.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.

  • Qualifications or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (e.g., Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work).
