Centre Capacity: 114 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $33.53 - $41.30 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

Join the team at Busy Bees at Altona Meadows, where we are committed to providing high-quality education and care in a nurturing, inclusive environment. We are currently looking for Casual Educators who are flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

About the Role:
As a Casual Educator, you’ll support the centre by covering shifts across all rooms and age groups. Whether it’s for planned leave or short-notice absences, your role will be essential in maintaining consistency and high-quality care throughout the day.

What You’ll Bring:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)- Experience working with young children (preferred)- Flexibility to work between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday- Strong communication and a collaborative attitude- A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development

Mandatory Requirements:
- Working with Children Check (Employee - VIC)- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate- Australian work rights
