This role offers a dynamic opportunity to enhance customer experience and community engagement in property development.

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be working across award-winning residential apartment projects, focusing on building strong relationships with residents and delivering exceptional events and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, community management, event planning or similar roles. Property knowledge is a bonus. You will also need tertiary qualifications, excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivation, and great time management skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING TEAM BY CREATING ENGAGING EVENTS AND COMMUNITY INITIATIVES
  • DEVELOPING AND MONITORING BUDGETS FOR THESE INITIATIVES
  • METTING AND GREETING NEW RESIDENTS IN THE COMMUNITY
  • FACILITATING NETWORKING EVENTS
  • MANAGING EVENT ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
