Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

  • Creating, modifying, and disseminating e-newsletters to keep members engaged and informed
  • Coordinating delivery of educational events with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure practitioners comprehend policy requirements
  • Maintaining an annual event calendar, liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Promoting events on internal and external channels
  • Managing incoming enquiries and work management systems
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on event outcomes to identify effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
