Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised professional to join our Human Resources team as an Employee Experience Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and support business objectives.
  • Manage immigration and visa-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Advisors and Business Partners, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, adhering to data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in performance review processes, including data collection and feedback session coordination.
  • Stay informed about employment law changes and ensure compliance across the business.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support HR projects aimed at improving processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong drafting and contract generation skills.
  • Understanding of modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Experience managing sponsorship visa applications.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
