Portfolio Management Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Portfolio Governance & Performance Analyst position. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in uplifting visibility, consistency, and governance across the Tech, Digital & Data portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Portfolio Frameworks and Processes: Oversee the day-to-day operation of portfolio governance and management frameworks, processes, standards, documentation, and tooling.
  • Analyse Portfolio Performance Data: Collect, analyse, and interpret portfolio performance data, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate Governance Forums: Facilitate portfolio governance forums, demand and intake processes, prioritisation, and investment planning cycles.
  • Support Effective Portfolio Management: Enable the adoption of tools, templates, and best practices to support effective portfolio management.
Requirements
  • Strong Portfolio Management Experience: Proven experience in portfolio or project management, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and techniques used to support sound investment and prioritisation decisions.
  • Financial Analysis Skills: Skilled in managing and improving portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals.
  • Strong Analytical and Planning Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to interpret data and report clearly on portfolio performance.
  • Governance Process Expertise: Exposure to governance processes, having worked with investment gating, demand intake, prioritisation, or benefits management.
