**Support LGBTQ+ Communities in Sexual, Domestic and Family Violence Services**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical support to LGBTQ+ people experiencing, escaping and recovering from violence and abuse.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping how sexual, domestic and family violence services meet the needs of LGBTQ+ people.

The role involves providing trauma-informed care coordination and counselling to clients, as well as building collaborative relationships with external services and advocating for inclusive responses.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement best practice approaches that address the complex needs of LGBTQ+ communities.

In this part-time (42 hours per fortnight) role, you will be based in our Sydney office and work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or a related field, and be knowledgeable about sexual, domestic and family violence, including its impact on LGBTQ+ communities.

You will also possess strong care coordination and counselling skills, as well as the ability to balance empathy with professional boundaries.
