About the Role
ACON Health Limited is seeking a Care Coordinator/Counsellor to join our team in Sydney or Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of LGBTQ+ clients who have experienced sexual, domestic and/or family violence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a caseload of LGBTQ+ clients who have experienced sexual, domestic and/or family violence.
- Collaborating with clients, other services, supervisors and managers to assess, manage and mitigate risk in a victim/survivor-focused and trauma-informed manner.
Role Requirements

- An understanding of ACON's communities and the unique complexities of working with LGBTQ+ clients who have experienced SDFV.
