Job Opportunity: Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking physically capable team members to conduct grounds maintenance in the greater Canberra area.

This is a casual ongoing position, 4 days per week, with 9 hours of work each day.

About You

Candidates must be physically fit and willing to put in the hard work. This role would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and has an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing
  • General laboring
  • Whipper snipping
  • Leaf blowing
  • Clearing drains
  • Basic weed control
  • Gardening

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • No previous experience is required but preferred
  • Excellent teamwork and workload management skills
  • A valid White Card is preferred
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
  • The ability to provide quality and safe grounds maintenance activities
  • Polite, professional, and well-presented individuals are ideal

What We Offer:

  • $35 p/h
  • No experience necessary
  • Onsite training is provided
  • A minimum of 34 hours per week
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is supplied
