Landscape Labourer Wanted

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for landscaping?

We are seeking Landscape Labourers to join our team for ongoing work on a large urban development project in Canberra.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing the ground, planting shrubs and trees, and laying grass for a brand new landscape development valued in the millions.

  • Planting Shrubs, Trees, and Plants
  • Preparing Ground and Laying Turf
  • Hard and Soft Landscaping
  • Moving Materials, Site Clean Up, etc.
  • Use of Power Tools such as Jackhammers, Grinders (an advantage)
  • Trade Background Highly Regarded
  • Experience with Concreting, Pathways, and Paving (a bonus)

Requirements:

  • White Card & Photo ID
  • Great Attitude and Willingness to Work
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Hard-Working Attitude and Commitment to the Job

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in their work. As a Landscape Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing the ground for planting and laying turf
  • Help plant shrubs, trees, and plants
  • Participate in hard and soft landscaping activities
  • Move materials and assist with site clean up
  • Operate power tools, such as jackhammers and grinders, as needed

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or related field (or willingness to obtain)
  • White Card and photo identification
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently
