Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Property Professional to manage property matters from start to finish. This is a full-time role in our office.

  • Preparing contracts, vendor statements, and related documents.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholders.
  • Meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance standards.

  • Delivers accurate, thorough work with strong attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Maintains client confidentiality and exercises sound judgment at all times.
  • Takes pride in delivering excellent client service – warm, responsive, and solutions-focused.
  • Is reliable, accountable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Has experience using systems such as LEAP, PEXA and Microsoft Office.
  • Has at least 3 years of property experience.
