We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Career Transition Specialist. In this position, you will play a vital part in empowering people with disabilities to achieve their career goals.

  • Provide personalized support to participants, helping them develop and establish their vocational identity.
  • Collaborate with employers to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Capacity to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
