Key Role:

Sommelier

A highly skilled Sommelier is sought to join our esteemed team in a dynamic and award-winning dining environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional wine knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert wine recommendations, pairings and service storytelling to guests.

- Serve wine with precision, including glassware, temperature and decanting.

- Maintain fine-dining floor standards, including pacing, topping and table maintenance.

- Collaborate with the sommelier team on seasonal updates, tastings and events.

Requirements:

- Strong floor experience in quality restaurants or wine bars.

- Solid wine knowledge and guest communication skills.

- Current NSW RSA and Australian work rights.

- WSET Level 2 or equivalent knowledge.
