Wine Expert

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wine Expert to lead our wine program.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing wine lists in collaboration with front and back of house teams
  • Providing expert advice on wine pairing with food, occasion, and budget
  • Training restaurant staff on the wine list and food pairing
  • Managing the wine cellar

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality or 18-24 months experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy individual
  • High standard of personal presentation and hygiene
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations
