Wine Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wine Expert to join our team. As a key member of our wine service team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable wine experiences for our discerning guests.

You will work closely with our Head Wine Expert to manage our award-winning wine list and uphold exceptional service standards. Your passion for fine wines and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the wine list and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide expert advice on wine pairings and recommendations to guests.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to develop wine-friendly menus.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about wine and stay up-to-date with new releases and trends.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in fine dining environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • A passion for wine and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
