We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our Honan Strata team at Marsh Pty Ltd, based in the Perth office. This role will involve a hybrid work arrangement, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This strategic position plays a critical role in contributing to the growth objectives of Marsh by managing and developing business within a nominated portfolio, ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service a portfolio of clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies to ensure timely execution of pre-renewal processes and strategic placement.
  • Develop and manage insurance programs for clients, collaborating closely with claims staff to provide operational support and excellent client service in daily interactions and client inquiries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with insurers and stakeholders to ensure administrative tasks are completed within set timeframes.
  • Assist in training and development of team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

What We Need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, with basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, knowledge of customer service standards and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering on service commitments.
