Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze client intelligence, market activity, and financial information to provide valuable insights to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CRM database (Salesforce) to effectively track and analyze revenue, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Generate internal and external communications, including high-level summaries and newsletters, to keep our clients informed and engaged.
  • Assist with the coordination of client events and manage sponsorships and subscriptions to enhance our client relationships.
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual with experience in a related industry position. You should have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous.

You will be a motivated, proactive, and intelligent individual who can make an impact and add true value to our diverse and growing Pacific business. You will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail, agility, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
