About the Role

Prestige InHome Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team in the NORTHERN SUBURBS.

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tailored in-home support to our clients' needs, including personal care, mobility assistance, and social support. You will work closely with our clients to identify their specific requirements and develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own stories and experiences, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and mobility assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with social interactions and stimulating activities
  • Maintaining client records and updating care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aged care, disability, and home & community care
  • Qualifications in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
  • A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or the eagerness to obtain one
