Job Title

Seeking a skilled Civil Drafter to join our team to work on road and highway projects.

  • Job Description:
  •   Apply technical expertise and design management skills to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
  •   Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure designs, planning, and execution meet project objectives.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •   Detailed Design Drafting: Prepare high-quality civil engineering drawings for highways, interchanges, and roadworks using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
  •   MRWA Standards Compliance: Produce and review drawings to ensure alignment with Main Roads WA guidelines, specifications, and protocols.
  •   Documentation Preparation: Develop and manage detailed drawing sets, including plans, profiles, cross-sections, and detail sheets for tender, construction, and as-built purposes.
  •   Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver coordinated drawing packages.
  •   Quality Assurance: Conduct self-checks and peer reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliverables in accordance with project and MRWA requirements.
  •   Mentoring: Provide technical support and guidance to less-experienced drafters within the team.
  •   BIM & Digital Engineering: Support the adoption of digital engineering workflows, including data management and model collaboration as required by MRWA and project stakeholders.
