Dining Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our culinary team and provide an exceptional dining experience. This is a mid-senior level role requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present both a la carte and casual menu items with creativity and innovation.
- Assist the sous and executive chefs in menu creation and execution.
- Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the head chef by delegating tasks and ensuring smooth service.
- Liaise with front-line team members regarding menu changes and ordering/rotation of stock.
- Develop and maintain a positive leadership approach within the kitchen team.
- Team leader or supervisory experience highly regarded.
- Passion for food and local ingredients.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
