About the Venues

Tilda is an Australian Grill, offering a luxe 110-seater dining experience with a private dining room. Our menu showcases fresh and dry-aged fish and shellfish, with sauces celebrating the seasons and local produce. The wine list features local winemakers, regions, and grapes, alongside more contemporary labels.

Delta Rue is a striking restaurant on level 5 of the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth, serving Vietnamese-French cuisine. Our extensive wine list complements the bold flavors, providing a unique experience for our guests.
