**Role Overview**

 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aboriginal Youth Justice Advocate to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our program, you will work with at-risk youth, providing support and empowerment to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

 

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working with young people from diverse backgrounds. You will be skilled in trauma-informed practice, advocacy, and community engagement, with a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding youth justice.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering case management, group programs, and outreach services that cater to the unique needs of each young person. You will also work closely with local services, NGOs, schools, and community groups to provide holistic support and connect youth with essential resources.

 

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits, including professional development opportunities and flexible part-time hours (SCHADS 4 level). Our supportive team environment provides a collaborative space for growth and learning.
