Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team in Sydney, focusing primarily on CTP/motor vehicle accidents (approx. 60%) and public liability/TPD cases (approx. 40%). As the right-hand person to our Special Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting in achieving justice for plaintiff clients through case management from start to finish.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including NSW CTP claims (essential);
  • Proactive and 'can-do' attitude;

  • Excellent understanding of practice procedures involved in NSW CTP claims;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
