We are seeking an experienced professional to manage railway civil engineering and construction projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Define scopes, develop project execution plans, manage risks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead project teams, delegate tasks, motivate, and coach local team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and report progress against baselines for cost, quality, and schedule.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance with European regulations and directives for railway construction.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related field, accompanied by at least 10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Prior experience in railway civil engineering and construction supervision, focusing on alignment, geotechnics, trackwork, and other relevant areas.
- Strong leadership skills, including impartial moderation, intercultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and Greek is desirable.
This is a mid-senior level full-time position within the Engineering and Information Technology department.
