**Job Opportunity: Senior Social Worker Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team, providing advanced clinical social work services to women, children and families across various healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team in delivering complex social and ethical services, utilising independent problem-solving skills.
- Support vulnerable populations and respond to trauma-related needs, adhering to high ethical standards.
- Collaborate with hospital-wide areas as required, participating in after-hours on-call crisis service, including weekends.
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work, meeting the eligibility criteria for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Advanced clinical knowledge, skills and significant experience in social work, preferably at Level 2 or higher.
The successful candidate will be part of a skilled department working with diverse patients and families, contributing to the growth and development of the team while promoting excellence in patient care.
