Civil Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead private land development projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing residential subdivisions, commercial/multi-family projects, and related infrastructure. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and public agencies, overseeing design permitting and delivery of site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and other essential services.

  • Lead and manage private land development projects from concept through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and public agencies.
  • Oversee design permitting and delivery of site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our international production team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Leverage your knowledge of local regulations, standards, and best practices to drive successful project outcomes.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio, or the ability to obtain licensure promptly. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in private land development, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong communication skills.
