As a strategic communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective engagement with various stakeholders across Southern Queensland Region. Your expertise will be instrumental in facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that community needs are met through responsive transport networks and digital services.
Key Responsibilities- You will develop and implement tailored communication strategies to cater to diverse audiences, leveraging your research skills to craft engaging materials that align with our brand guidelines and style manuals.
- Providing expert advice and support to project directors, managers, and staff on community and stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and communication tactics will be a key aspect of your role.
- Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, local businesses, and the broader community.
- You will be responsible for preparing high-quality executive correspondence, communications materials, and presentations, including media statements, ministerial briefings, newsletters, and website content.
- Accurate research and preparation of project briefing materials and reports for leadership teams will also be an essential function of your position.
