Service Delivery Specialist

The role involves delivering end-to-end service solutions to clients' sites. This includes performing routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, service, and repairs of automated machinery.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance and responding to customers' requests within specified time frames.
  • Providing technical support to clients and colleagues, including inspecting plant and equipment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Managing material acquisition and inventory control.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent trade experience)
  • Relevant experience in supporting, maintaining, or manufacturing automated equipment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • High level of initiative
