We're seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Expert to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This role comes with a salary of $120,000 per annum.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end transport models to support customer requirements. Key accountabilities include:
- Developing customer quotations and preparing tenders;
- Providing key contact for internal and external requests;
- Reviewing commercial performance of customers and providing analysis on performance against contract;
- Working with DP World's Key Account Managers on the onboarding phase;
- Developing and leading continuous improvement strategies;
- Creating customer presentations for growth, acquisition, or retention opportunities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Commercial and/or financial qualifications desirable;
- Demonstrated experience in report preparation and written correspondence;
- Ability to interpret operational information;
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
