Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Container Parks business projects nationally. Based in Port Botany, this is an initial 12-month contract that will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to take ownership and responsibility for project management activities associated with our Container Parks Business.
The role requires working closely with key business stakeholders to prioritize projects and obtain approval to execute them. You will be responsible for undertaking end-to-end project management activities across our Container Parks portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
This position demands exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will work collaboratively with operational staff and senior leadership team members to support project management delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support key projects that deliver business solutions and drive broader business development.
- Plan projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans to support activities, resources, and interdependencies.
- Identify and resolve issues, manage project risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage relationships with internal and external team members, stakeholders, and sponsors/project boards.
- Ensure the right people with the right skills are secured for the right roles within the project.
- Obtain necessary support and advice for project management, planning, and control.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project management effectiveness and prepare end-project reports (including lessons learned).
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management disciplines.
- 5+ years of industry experience in project management.
- Project Management certification or designation, such as PMP.
- Experience managing multiple business projects.
- Experience successfully managing a portfolio of projects.
- Familiarity with project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience working in large-scale organizational project management efforts.
- Industrial relations knowledge.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
