Key Responsibilities:- Proactively support injured workers on their recovery journey to return to work and reduce associated risk through impactful injury prevention strategies.
- Ensure optimal insurance models are in place in partnership with stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in workers compensation and injury management with exposure to psychological and physical injuries.
- Background in exercise physiology, Occupational Therapy, or other health disciplines.
- Thorough working knowledge of legislation and regulations in the workers compensation process and insurance models.
- A proactive approach to claims management with strong attention to detail for investigations.
- A caring heart and a questioning mind.

- Work-life balance with 40 hours per week and 12 additional days of leave per annum.
