About the Role

UGL is seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Injury Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers and managing compensation claims across our national operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of health cases, ensuring smooth and effective case management for injured workers.
  • Coordinate medical information using SOLVinjury and collaborate with site payroll to verify hours worked and calculate payments.
  • Work with payroll to manage payments and benefits for workers, ensuring accurate payment instructions are issued through ServiceNow.
  • Notify and liaise with insurers to ensure timely claim progression.
Requirements
  • Strong case management skills and ability to manage a busy workload with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of workers compensation rules across states and national portfolios.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with systems similar to SOLVinjury and ServiceNow.
