Learning & Development Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement activities, conducting surveys and feedback sessions, developing communication campaigns, and maintaining records of all engagement programs. They will also work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, birthday/anniversary celebrations, festival events, etc.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and suggest action plans.
  • Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain records of all engagement programs, budgets, and participation metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Event planning and project management skills are a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
  • Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
  • Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and community-building initiatives.
