The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in the Senior Leadership Team, offering variety and challenging work across a broad range of HR and IR/ER functions.

You will contribute to the effective implementation of the HR strategy at Rolleston Open Cut.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and supporting frontline leaders and employees.
- IR/ER management and conflict resolution.
- Facilitating and conducting thorough investigations and audits.
- Contributing to events that promote and support employees and local communities through community engagement and outreach programs.
